There is an excellent argument that there are 2 illegitimate. Obama had the power to appoint one and McConnell blocked him saying it was wrong to do it so close to an election. It was a fucking year away. Mitch lied. He managed to get Trump to appoint one which was absolutely wrong. It was simply a power political move. Then with a short time left during Trump. he completely reversed that position and allowed Daffy to appoint another one. The fact that the Federalist society picks lied like hell in front of the investigation is also well proven.
They do not belong on the court.

Yes. I'm against discrimination but am also against empowering government to crawl into the lives of private citizens. IMO, persuasion is better than a hammer.
Don't want to allow blacks, gays, left-handers, whomever into your business? Fine, but it's a disqualification for low-interest government backed laws, government contracts or any other form of government support. The Federal government would hold states accountable for compliance of fairness doctrines and the states would hold their own citizens accountable.
It's easy for a business owner to say "I don't do business with Left-Handers" but when that business owner is cut off from access to business support, groups and other entities I doubt they'll get very far as a business.
IMHO, every time we try to legislate morality, it backfires. Better to preach and encourage tolerance rather than to punish being a lowlife bigot.
