Sen. Lindsey Graham said if Trump is prosecuted for mishandling classified infor

What have I said that make you suppose I am alright with that?

Or is that something you just felt like saying?

$20 says it's the latter. vols is clearly a racist, neo-nazi scumbag and dumbass.

FWIW, on the RW ladder of respect, the WSE's even look down on neo-nazis. A main reason is the all-too-obvious Nazi link between Trump, his family and belief in eugenics. A part of the reason is that they are dumbass slimeballs as in volsrock's case. A third reason is the all-too-common association of neo-nazism with pedophilia...which circles back to Pedo Don himself.

I asked but the FBI won't give it to me, "genius".

Are you denying that Hillary passed classified material on her unsecure server? Do you think she did it out of ignorance? Was it just a mistake that she did it, then deleted the evidence and claimed "personal business"?

Classified information is reference 33 times in Comey's July 2016 statement:

https://www.fbi.gov/news/press-rele...-clinton2019s-use-of-a-personal-e-mail-system
FBI investigators have also read all of the approximately 30,000 e-mails provided by Secretary Clinton to the State Department in December 2014. Where an e-mail was assessed as possibly containing classified information, the FBI referred the e-mail to any U.S. government agency that was a likely “owner” of information in the e-mail, so that agency could make a determination as to whether the e-mail contained classified information at the time it was sent or received, or whether there was reason to classify the e-mail now, even if its content was not classified at the time it was sent (that is the process sometimes referred to as “up-classifying”).

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

Feel free to quibble that the RW is always after Hillary and that she is 100% not guilty...just like Trump. LOL

Whatever the Hildebeast did was investigated by the FBI and their conclusion/recommendation was that she NOT be charged criminally for whatever she did. What she did was "stupid" but not criminal. Also, how many others were on that chain who like Colin Powel, used a yahoo email address for his government business?

She did not take top secret documents to her house and refuse to return them. She also did not threaten to murder half the country if she didn't get to be president or for investigating her.

Sounds like it's you who has the hard on for Hillary, Tiger. Get over it. She's done.

Disagreed that what Hillary did wasn't a crime. The fact she wasn't prosecuted was purely political...which is exactly what the Republicans are doing now with Trump's crimes.

Again, once our nation embarks on the path of refusing to prosecute for political reasons, then that will eventually blowback on us all as we are seeing now.

The fact you defend Hillary's crimes and deplore Trump's crimes is why I believe you are a young, intelligent but unwise person. You are no better than the Pedo Don fans defending his crimes while attacking Hillary.

IMO, good, honest and fair Americans want to see our laws apply to everyone equally for both good and bad.

How can you and the Pedo Don fans honestly say "No one is above the law" when you are both so hypocritical and biased?

That what the Hidebeast did "was criminal" is your opinion, which is not very relevant to me or anyone adjudicating what she did.

Here is Comey's full statement. When he talks about people screaming opinions, he's talking about people like you, Son. Again, it wasn't political, it was the right thing to do.

https://www.fbi.gov/news/press-rele...-clinton2019s-use-of-a-personal-e-mail-system

"I know there were many opinions expressed by people who were not part of the investigation—including people in government—but none of that mattered to us. Opinions are irrelevant, and they were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way. Only facts matter, and the FBI found them here in an entirely apolitical and professional way. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this organization."

Well put, Jim. I'm sorry DU disagrees with you, but he hates Democrats with a passion, so you'll have to forgive him :)

That what the Hidebeast did "was criminal" is your opinion...

No, son. It's the law. You're free to defend Hillary's willful violations of the just like the Trumpers defend Pedo Don's crimes.

Hillary was given a pass because of a Democratic President, a Democratic AG and the fact she was the Democratic Presidential nominee a few months before a national election.

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.

Notice Comey points out the decision was not his.

No, it's your opinion, Pal. The FBI investigation into Hilary is over. I trust Comey's conclusion much more than your opinion, and so to most sane people. The FBI and DOJ know much more than you. It's over. Get over it.

Holster your Hildebeast hatred, my friend. She's long gone. She can't hurt you anymore, Tiger.

Republicans use "The Constitution" as a prop. They have no idea what's in it and wouldn't have respect for it if they did. The hypocrisy is that they've touted themselves as "the party of law and order" - couldn't be further from the truth.

Well said. It's treated very much like their Bible -- they pick out the parts that they like ("keep and bear arms," homosexuals are abominations) and ignore the parts that they don't like ("well-regulated militia," "love thy neighbor as thyself").

"Cafeteria Constitutionalism" :)

In 2015, Lyndsey Graham said, "The REPUBLICAN party should tell Donald Trump to go to hell", after Trump announced he was running for president.

He also called Donald Trump an Idiot and an Embarrassment for the Republican Party.

THEN WENT FULL GOOD SQUAD TRUMPTARD AFTER DONALD TRUMP WON.

I would just like to say, that Lyndsey Graham is the idiot now and the embarrassment for the Republican party!

Nice going there IDIOT!

'there will be riots in the streets'

"Most Republicans including me, believe when it comes to Trump, there is no law. It's all about getting him," Graham said, adding: "And I'll say this, if there is a prosecution of Donald Trump for mishandling classified information after the Clinton debacle… there will be riots in the streets."

Graham doubled down on the comment a little later in the interview.

Graham long ago forfeited his claim to responsible governance. Now he's reduced himself to scum.

The FBI concluded she had been careless. They found no reason to believe she had disclosed classified information on purpose or that any of her emails had been hacked. It's worth noting that she was compelled to endure
multiple Republican led Congressional investigations and that Comey's last minute disclosure of additional emails, all of which proved to be innocuous, are considered to have cost her the election. Also, nothing that she did with the emails was intended for her selfish benefit. If Trump pays a price for what he's done weighted against hers for what she did our 45th will be gone from the scene.

Comparing "Hillary's email server" with #TRE45ON's possession of and refusal to return government documents is like comparing the shoot-out at the Okay Corral with the Oklahoma City bombing. Both were bad, but there are great degrees in severity.

LOL Agreed.

BTW, the Clantons and the Clintons were in the wrong. :)

Dude, if I'd have been "careless" with classifed material I would have been severely repremanded if not court-martialed. She didn't even get a wrist-slap.

If it was just once, sure shit happens. Several times? Either Hillary Clinton was too fucking incompetent to be President or she's an egotistical liar who willfully violated classified material handling laws and dodged laws she helped write after Watergate by exclusive use of her private server.

Even if she's 100% legal, which she wasn't, she's clearly unethical. I don't vote for unethical people. I'll vote for someone who makes a mistake and is better for it. Not someone who is dishonest.

That’s good of you, dude.

Thanks, but it's clearly not a common opinion. Most people vote for ideological reasons, right or wrong, or they vote for the letter at the end of the nominee's name.

Or, in the case of Clinton v. Trump they weigh the respective right and wrong as best they can and make a choice, or they do nothing and feel virtuous with themselves.

They chose to do nothing then, and now their opposition is seeking to do nothing now. Tit-for-tat.

One surrender for another. You can have it if that were all it is, but it's something worse. It is pacifically accepting an even choice between a politically leader with historical perspective who is genuinely concerned for the good of the country and one who doesn't see beyond his own narrowly conceived self interest.
