As far as Socialist Marxism is concerned why should I look it up? I know it well having spent part of my youth supporting its values and this I can tell you: your president's politics are way closer to your right wing nonsense than they will ever be to Socialist Marxism.
Y'see, Dixie, as someone said not long ago, many people in America have come to believe the myth that they are somehow special, better, smarter than everyone else. They have imbued certain words with completely false meanings and have been tricked into believing them. Gay, Liberal, freak, socialist, left wing are but some, others are freedom and democracy.
These people watch a TV that feeds their prejudices, read newspapers that feed on their simplicity and have friends of like mind.

Despite the fact that you have seen out quite a few decades you still have absolutely no freakin' idea. In who's fantasy dream is that going to happen? China has virtually NO air force or navy... they have a rather large standing army, but in 1991, Saddam Hussein had the 3rd largest standing army in the world, ask him how he fared against the US... oh, that's right, you can't ask him because he's DEAD, along with his #3 army! You see... soldiers on the ground are no match for stealth bombers and bunker busters. China would be obliterated in about a week.

I would think, changing a tank factory over to a stove factory, might cost a few million dollars....so you are actually ADDING to the debt instead of CUTTING spending.

We're talking about cutting military spending... 40% is what was suggested... now you have completely abandoned that, huh? We're going to spend billions "retooling" factories to make free stuff and have the soldiers work in the factories? ....I mean really.... have you seen someone about your crack addiction?

Do try to follow, my logically challenged friend. You mentioned cutting the military will result in job loss so have the military personnel do jobs here. That way the average taxpayer will benefit from their labor rather than a foreign country benefiting.

The budget will stay the same, however, a slight increase in taxes to help pay down the budget will result in benefiting from the labor of thousands of military personnel who are currently benefiting foreign countries. Is that so difficult to follow?

Simply put, the government is already paying the military personnel. They may as well be doing work here rather than somewhere else.

Again, what is so difficult to understand?
