Seed Oils: OK to eat or not?

Awhile back I saw a rather detailed claim about why seed oils are bad, and it sounded terrible, but it was also speculation....this has not been proven so far as I have seen.

This is also a great time to remember that nutrition science is almost all quackery and fraud....with a very long record of being wrong about almost everything.

But I am to deprive myself based upon current claims?

The claim is that seed oils are processed, processed food is bad for us, thus seed oils are bad for us.

I am not buying it...I think that the problem with processed foods is that they contain too many machine lubricants, not that we need to only eat food raw from nature as so many claim.
They don't contain any machine lubricants (unless the machine is defective, and easily detectable condition).

"Dont eat butter, it is very bad for you.....move to margine even though it is not as tasty"

OH WAIT....FORGET ALL THAT.....MARGARINE IS WORSE"

Hawkeye's on to something, Chinese eat as much fried foods and salt as Americans do yet they're thin and healthy while we're fat and have a lot of medical conditions. It may be GMOs or the fact that Americans don't walk enough but who knows?
Chinese eat GMO food as well.

What is so terrible about corn? It has oil.
What is so terrible about sunflowers seeds? They have oil.
What is so terrible about soy beans? They have oil.
What is so terrible about sesame seeds? They have oil.
What is so terrible about olives? They have oil.

Why do you consider ANY of these foods 'unsafe'???

Science is not a diet.

I was more than fine with HAHA when they were mostly about jab toxicity and our broken medical system....they pretty much lost me when they decided to make food restrictions their biggest thing.

Normally processed foods have a lot of sodium and preservatives.
Flour is processed food, containing no preservatives or sodium.
Cornmeal is processed food, containing no preservatives or sodium.
Sugar is processed food, it IS a preservative and contains no sodium.
Wataer is processed, contain no preservatives and no more than trace amounts of sodium.
Salt is processed, and is sodium chloride. Sodium chloride is not sodium.

Sodium is not edible. It is dangerous to even handle. It is not in food.

Sugar is a natural preservative. So is salt.
Water doesn't need preservatives. It doesn't decompose.

I gave up most processed foods
So you don't eat any wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflower seeds, salt, sugar, syrups, beans, milk, eggs, etc. They are all processed foods.
but still will use the oils.
All food oils are processed food.
If you want a healthy oil that's delicious try pecan oil. Just don't use it to fry or other high-heat preparations as it may burn easily.
I am convinced you have no idea what you're talking about.

The price of olive and avocado oil keeps going up to the point I find myself using more seed oil. Is that what they call a catch 22?

Bret and Heather are talking about how the death jabs were never tested against a placebo....they claimed they did but they (our minders) did not.

Also reminding us that the control group was jabbed after three months, thus eliminating the control group, for reasons that cant be good.

Shall we talk about how people are STILL encouraged to consume low fat dairy, and how many morons still believe that this is a good idea?

Edible seed oils did not even exist till about 100 years ago, and global use has exploded over the last 50 years even as life expectancy has grown by a lot....Heather talks a lot about how we should try to eat foods that have been around for a long time for safety reasons, yet I dont see anything evidence based that indicates that seed oils are bad for us.
Mustard, flax, and sesame oil has been in use for over 5,000 years. Soy and rapeseed oils for about 3,000.
