Someone born in 1978 is 35, not 32. Add three years to the year 1981 and you get somebody who is 32, and they are a millennial. This guy is 31... That's a Millennial.

All of a sudden Billy and Grind can't do math because they don't want this pinned on them, it might interfere in their constant bashing of baby boomers and Gen x'ers. It's amazing how fast they can get stupid.

im talking in reference to kens chart, which has people at age 37 in 2015 (35 now) listed as millennials.
