As usual that is not even hard if people understand the law. Something you clearly do not.

Even if you argue he declassified the doc's (he did not), that still leaves them as gov't records BY DEFAULT.

Those gov't records ONLY can become personal documents if NARA assesses that and grants that. And without that they are NEVER personal records.

So it is IMPOSSIBLE for Trump to both say, i declassified them, but also they were never gov't records to begin with and were my personal doc's.

As always it is easy to own you when it comes to the law.

There are literally filing clerks and paralegals who could do the job you did better than you did.

The Indictment filed by Jack Smith was unsealed. Google what that means in legal arena's.

Those of us who can read and do read (ie. not you) do IN FACT know that in Jack Smiths indictment and sworn filings we have the proof of the transcript, the proof of the recordings and all the other factual evidence laid out, therein.


You are so ignorant of the law you simply have no clue what an unsealed indictment is. So again google it, and come back and backpedal when ready.
