I am beginning to believe we are nearing the end of this mess created by russia and other actors yanking at the threads of racism in the USA in an aim to destroy democracy in the world

One thing is for sure, your style of rapid-fire constant posting does move threads right along, provides volume for the site, keeps things moving.

If everybody posted like me it would be uninteresting to most.

I think that's partly a function of who is attracted to a site like this.

If a site has no rules, then the unruly show up.

If a site has lots of rules then it requires lots of moderation, so it has to be a lot more commercial.

I like the libertarian aspect of not collecting my PI that goes along with the no rules thing.

And what do you know there are some deep thinkers here who can ignore all the garbage and converse on a more academic level.

Something for you, something for me, something for everyone. The site is what you make it. My experience is quite different from yours, of course, and that's fine.

I always figured most of those 'non-member' readers were just bots.

But if there are any breathing lurkers out there I would like to say hello hope you are well, and that I still think that my style of informed and respectful posting is far better received. I won't be changing my style any time soon, as in never. I want people to know they can count on me for a message delivered with integrity. I also want other posters to rely on me for non-challenging conversation that doesn't have to get personal to make a point.

I see a lot of posters who make a good reasonable point, and then detract from it by adding mundane personal garbage.

I’m here to advance the truth


When you make it entertaining the truth travels farther


I get you have different aims poli


And some day soon ( sooner than I thought it appears from current events) we will discuss policy in depth and maybe if we are lucky even be able to do that with conservatives


One can hope


Imagine a nation with two major parties actually trying to out think each other for ideas that make this nation more responsive to the people and creating American success
