Hard to say. There won't be enough to sustain Warnock in statewide races. And the carve outs that substantially over represent blacks in Congress will start collapsing. Georgia is 30% black. But over 60% of their congressional representation is black. That will collapse. That took race based gerrymandering to sustain. I agree that about 30% of their representatives will remain black. democrats will lose the massive over-representation.
