Still defending the man's right to squirt his seed without consequences? Both parties should take for granted they have to use birth control. What if the man lies to the woman...Oh I had a vasectomy... but he really didn't?

A Texas man is battling a court order that mandates he must pay tens of thousands in child support for a child whom he did not biologically father and whom he met only once.

In 2003, a child support court in Texas ruled that Gabriel Cornejo, 45, had to pay child support to his ex-girlfriend, who had recently given birth, because she vowed there was no way he wasn’t the rightful dad.

Cornejo, who is currently raising three children of his own and two nephews, claimed he was not made aware of this and only found out about the child support payments last year when a deputy served him with court papers claiming that the state of Texas lists him as having another child. He soon met the minor for the first and only time — describing her as a “wonderful girl” — but after taking a DNA test, learned she was not his after all.

Only Cornejo’s ex-girlfriend and the state still want the $65,000 in back payments.

In the first case "He says the child's mother is even okay with him not paying child support because she doesn't want anything to do with him, but the state is forcing the issue."

If that doesn’t happen, he must pay up or face time behind bars. The case is due back in court next month."

Your criticism should be of the states who made these one-sided laws and don't accept evidence that the men aren't fathers.

They both agree have sex no BC..one night stand

She gets pregnant tells him...they both sit down talk it out agree get an abortion ..she tells him Im getting an abortion he even gives her the money for it


Her and him goes on with their life school etc...well she changed her mind (broke the deal) a week later didn't get an abortion ...used the abortion money to get a new I-Phone but than she wants the man to pay for that choice she made all on her own 2 3 or 10 years years after the fact

It's a dumb question. How does the man know whether she's lying in the first place? He knows if she comes to him three weeks later and says "I'm pregnant." Which is why I'm sticking to my opinion that he should have wrapped it up.

How about he says I'll take you to the clinic and pay for it. Or he says you have the abortion and give the bill to me. IOW get proof.

If they both agree to sex without BC they're equally stupid.

a woman is the one with the egg...a man cant get a woman pregnant unless she agrees to have sex...which unless its rape it takes the woman saying YES

Actually, the seditious part of SCOTUS as the part to which the stench of tRump and his co-conspiring repukes hacked illegitimate so-called justices in there in violation of U.S. Constitutional law just to wage war on Democracy, humanity and civilization on Earth. I believe by nature has consecrated their journey to hell on Earth and ultimately by I hope by the will of God.
