SCOTUS is a Trump loyalist, right-wing, political body now

Biden and the Dems screwed up by not expanding the SC the 13 Justices to match the # of Circuit courts, as has been done historically.

The SC has historically grown to keep up with Circuit Court growth, with one Justice being assigned to 1 Circuit court. Now 4 Justices are doing double duty and the SC is taking on a shrinking percent of cases appealed to them simply because they cannot take on the increasing work load with their numbers stagnant.

Also Clarence Thomas should be impeached and removed from the Court. There simply is no excuse not to now, with him refusing to recuse on cases that directly involve his wife as witness or even potentially a co-conspirator. Even the 'potential' or her participation in these trials should be disqualifying for Thomas to participate in ruling if they should EVER get to trial. A husband, protecting his best friend, would simply just want these cases to go away to avoid even a REMOTE chance his wife would be called, and this is far more than a remote case.

We don't seek compliments from one another.

Compliment with an "i," Hawk.

Complement with two "es," Hawk, is what a gray tie does to a black suit.

My words are intended to be comprehended by literate people, Hawk.
Your cryptic ramblings, clearly substance influenced, are presumably aimed at a different demographic.

You do, however, create an expectation level where grammar and punctuation are not critically assessed that much.
I suppose that's a skill of some sort.
He's speaking one of those languages that nobody speaks.

These languages are flooding the country

Most modern LWers already do that now! Lazy bums just LOVE to get that gubmint check!

I've known more right-winger types who've collected assistance like food stamps, than I have liberals.

Aamof, I've never known a moderate to left leaning person who's taken any kind of govt assistance.

But I've known a handful of rightie types who have.

And disability also.

Right-wingers love their disability checks, aka "redneck welfare".

Strain a back muscle while working at their loading dock/truck driver/construction labor job and the next day, they're applying for workman's comp.

From there, the next step is disability for as long as they can milk it.

I despise that kind of thing regardless of who is doing it. We do need certain social programs to help those who truly cant work,....but we shouldnt be paying anyone a red cent for scamming the system or being lazy. See,....at least on this issue we arent far apart at all!

The problem is that in many, if not most cases, it's impossible to determine what someone's true motives are, or if they're really injured or not.

So the question becomes, which side do you err on?

Giving some people help who don't need it in order to make sure those who do need it get it?

Or denying help to people who do need it in order to keep from giving it to those who don't?

Tricky situation.
