Exactly, “makes all safer”

Common sense, the US has more guns out there, a lot more guns out there, than any other developed nation in the world, which based on the right’s gun logic should make us the safest developed country in the world, but the facts show that is not true, the US has the greatest rate of gun violence of any developed nation in the world, I believe we rank right up there with Zimbabwe

The right to self defense is inherent, dude. The Supreme court has NO authority to change the Constitution.

This law affects every state and city that blocked people from being able to get a carry permit based on their individual politics. NY and CA being the most prominent. I highly doubt this ruling will do little more than allow those to apply for a carry permit based on the requirements of that particular state. If it results in thousands of random shootings in states where carry permits were previously denied, we can have that discussion but, given the fact there are millions of guns carried by people all day every day, you would be hard pressed to win the argument over guns in the hands of the everyday citizen.
I get you are afraid of guns but I think your time would be better spent lobbying your local DA'd to put mandatory sentences on anyone using a gun in the act of committing a crime

nowhere in my post or the opinion will you see the word "absolute"....you will however see the words "overturned" and "unconstitutional"......complaining about a decision you have not read and calling Thomas a lackey and sophomoric is rather foolish, given the fact you obviously have zero understanding of the case.......I think we can all rely on the fact that 6 out of 9 supreme court justices understand the constitution much better than you do.......
