The sheer embarrassment of having their scientific evidence tainted, has not stopped the 'Global Warmers' from attempting to continue advancing their agenda. The first thing they scream is, "but look at all the other studies out there!" The thing is, they were all predicated on the evidence which was flawed, and raw data which is mysteriously no longer available, so they are pretty much irrelevant now. It's like trying to make the case for Milli-Vanilli winning a lifetime achievement award at the Grammys, based on the number of fans they had and records sold!
Armed with no science data, the Warmers continue to insist that it's really possibly likely that man might be contributing to climate change through emission of carbon dioxide, a natural element which all mammals produce as long as they live, and always have since the very first mammal. Carbon dioxide, also known as CO2, is one of several gasses which comprise the "greenhouse gases" we hear so much about. What are the others? Ozone... remember it? We had to ban all hairsprays and aerosols back in the 80s because we were destroying the "ozone layer" ...a part of our greenhouse system. Methane is another... cow farts! But seriously, the leading contributor of methane to our atmosphere is someone you wouldn't expect! It's good old Mother Earth! Yep... she belches out millions of cubic tons of the stuff every year. And finally, the behemoth greenhouse gas, one that gets so little notoriety, although it actually represents about 90% of the greenhouse gases... It's our good friend, Mr. Water Vapor! Oh yes... the very thing that Hydrogen Engines emit!
Now the Warmers have, for some reason, decided to myopically focus on carbon dioxide, our "carbon footprint" and ways they can regulate (control) business and industry, by insisting there is some detrimental element to carbon dioxide. It is now considered a "pollutant" by Warmers, and this has to be constantly corrected. It would take concentrations of carbon dioxide 1500 times greater than present, to be detrimental to humans. Subsequently, plant life flourishes in a rich environment of carbon dioxide. Greenhouses typically use carbon dioxide to produce more robust plants. Chances are, those roses you will give your sweetie on Sunday, will be the result of an atmosphere rich in carbon dioxide.
Botanical Scientists studying the history of plant life, will tell you that most plants on Earth evolved in a much richer CO2 environment, and up until the last 10k years, our plants have actually been starving for CO2. Ecological Scientists will say, a result of higher carbon dioxide in our atmosphere, will cause plants to grow in more arid regions, because CO2 helps the plants to retain water. As plant life flourishes on Earth, solutions to world food shortages is diminished, this should be obvious as an advantage to humans.
Regardless of where we turn, the actual SCIENCE indicates there is no cause for alarm, and no basis for the arguments of the Global Warming theories. Yet, the Warmers continue to forge on! Determined to make us "knuckledraggers" understand... to pound it into our heads with their propaganda... we WILL listen to what they have to say! And basically, what they have to say is a profession of their personal faith, and nothing more. Perhaps the Warmers should form a Church? Tax exempt status, freedom to practice their religious beliefs... it might be fitting for them at this point! Because basically, that is what you have, a religious cult, believing in something not based or rooted in science, and oblivious to scientific facts.
