It's too late. They've already declared April the hottest April on record and May the hottest May on record. :D.

Of course, it's not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth or the global atmospheric concentration of CO2.
And, of course, no gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth.

it is correct that the Theory of Creation (or Intelligent Design, as you call it), is unfalsifiable. As far as living in a simulation goes, who can say? I hope it's not running on Windows! :D

I normally do. The first time I paid someone for their opinion, they took me for a ride!

Don't not ever buy a house if some Real Estate agent tells you that the city is building a beautiful golf course directly behind your house and that their brother-in-law is on the city council. What ended up getting built on the land behind me was some zero lot line homes that did not match the rest of the neighborhood. This was back before things could be checked out over the internet. My real estate agent was just a lying asshole.

What if this almost God to the Sheep Herds of the Left had had the brilliant idea that people could use scarves or bandannas or could pull out the old sewing machine and make something or maybe go online and find someone who wants to make some money by making a few masks for Him/Her?whatever?

Apparently this never passed by the brain of this alleged Brainiac as he was wondering how to save stocks of PPE for the pros.

Look dude, you are starting to be a disgruntled pest. If I hurt your feelings because you used to be a Real Estate agent, I apologize- it was nothing personal OK?

But, Real estate agents are either despised or loved, depending on how successful they are at serving their clients. The first two times I bought homes, I bought them brand new- and I did not need an agent to buy.

I had no problem selling either one of them myself. And I was happy to be able to save myself and my buyers the money on the deals we made.

But as I said, the 3rd home I bought, I bought used, and the real estate agent did not serve me very well. And so I have learned how to buy and sell houses with out them since. I am am happy with the result. Real estate is not Rocket Science.

So if you feel insulted by this- carry on with your hissy-fit if you must- BUT YOU ARE ONLY PROVING HOW REAL ESTATE AGENTS CAN BE MORE THAN A PEST THAN ANY KIND OF HELP!

For a guy with so much mouth, Geeko, you are not very bright.

This interplay is not actually about real estate people. This is about your response to Bartender's assertion in the OP assertion that “science is a good thing.”

Your response was directed to one sentence in that OP about real estate people…and it was the kind of thing I would expect from an asshole.

You could simply have agreed that science IS a good thing…not perfect, but on balance, a good thing for humanity.

Instead you went on a tangent, and I took you to task for doing so.

You took the bait…and ran out a lot of the reel.

So if you are in a hissy fit because I did…own it…don’t try to pass it off as someone else’s.

Oh…chances are the real estate agent was not the asshole in that interaction you spoke of. They seldom are. Like used-car salesmen, they just present the deal. If the deal was a bad deal, the person accepting it was the asshole…not the agent or the buyer or seller on the other end.

I don't have a problem with science. When someone mentioned Real Estate Agents, I just made a comment stating my opinion of them based on my experiences with them.

You took my comment personal and started attacking me personally with your responses.

Look, I apologized to you for my negative comment about Real Estate Agents! It's over as far as I am concerned.

I am not sure why you continue to beat a dead horse or why you are hijacking this thread into a personal attack on me?

I am not your enemy! Nor am I looking to make enemies with anyone. This has become an argument for argument's sake- a complete waste of time because no one cares about this.

Now if you just gotta' have the last word- SO BE IT! Flail away!

Because I am walking away from our personal discussion that has already bored the community, and not even on topic.
