Schumer blasts 'shameful' Fox over January 6 footage

The family of Brian Sicknick, the US Capitol police officer who died the day after the January 6 attack on Congress, condemned Tucker Carlson and Fox News as “unscrupulous and outright sleazy”, after the primetime host made first use of security footage from the riot bestowed by Kevin McCarthy, the Republican House speaker.

A statement on Tuesday said: “The Sicknick family is outraged at the ongoing attack on our family by the unscrupulous and outright sleazy so-called news network of Fox News.”

so why did some other sleazy so called news network tell everyone Sicknick had been killed by protesters while he was still seen videotaped walking around the Capital?.......

Anyone remember the texts and conversations behind the scenes that we heard from Fox & Carlson? I swear, it seems like it was only a week or 2 ago. You know - the ones where they basically said they cared more about ratings and appeasing Trump than they did about the truth?

It's a new level of gullibility to see that story, and then a week or so later, believe what he's trying to tell you now. Trust is something people used to earn. Carlson is a charlatan. He's the worst of what we can be.
on the other hand, rather than be gullible you can now watch the videos and see that what the 1/6 committee told you, wasn't actually true...........guess what?......

All his staff told him to call the National Guard. He refused.
He authorized the National guard before the protest ever happened. The Chief of police first requested the National Gaurd on January 3rd and was denied by Pelosi and her underlings. During the riot the Chief of the Capitol police AGAIN asked Paul Irving for the National Guard and Irving said he would "run it up the chain of command." That means he would take it to Pelosi. 71 minutes later Pelosi made the decision to allow the NG at 2:09pm 9 minutes before the first window was broken.
