School children have to carry papers in America now

If parents come to school , they have to provide identification.... As does anyone who visit....Teachers and staff have Iidentification .. It's never been a big deal...

Never understood why conservatives always want to tie everything to driving. Non-drivers are not second rate citizens.

Real ID's just show whether the person was a citizen or a legal resident at the time of the issuing of the drivers license. trump is trying to change legal residency and even citizenship for millions of people. Many, if not most, of those being grabbed would have been able to get a Real ID before trump decided to cancel their status.

So we are seeing more and more that ICE does not care about the paperwork.

Can you imagine forcing kids to carry ID papers? I used to buy wallets 3 at a time because my son would lose them roughhousing or in some mysterious way. I cannot imagine him having to show ID to go to school every day. Kids are not ready to show ID to Trump's Gestapo. "Let me see your papers", the old WW2 movie meme has become real and is wanted by Trumpys. Sure, keep whittling our rights away and wonder when Trump will stop. The answer,he won't.

Ids.... Have for a while.... Never a problem... No one said they had to carry papers.... The best solution here is don't put your child in a situation to begin with.... Like the little five year old....

Toyota makes very standard good cars. The Yaris is a relatively cheap car, but has all the modern necessities. I like it.

Caveat time:
1) "Very standard good" means there are other cars that are great in some aspects. They are worse in other aspects. Toyota makes cars that are a good balance.
2) Relatively cheap is very relative these days. Modern cars are just expensive.
3) I certainly understand if you do not like my car. You really do not have to like my car.
