Trump is a known sex abuser, so it's just logical to suspect that he is being swayed by sexual favors.
 
Haley is ambitious and Trump can be radioactive to serious politicians' careers. She has to look away from so much and she would have to back every utterance and deed he does. That would be tough for someone who values their integrity. Trump found a lot of people who could do that. He fired all who could not. Trump insulted her and many other women on the staff and in the administration. Trump is a pig to people.
