The bottom line here is that loyalty for Trump is a one-way street leading straight to him. If Nauta pleads out, he'll get "the Trump Special" and be constantly trashed by Pedo Don for doing it.

trump is doing that which he did with Weisselberg...paying him his full salary and all legal expenses in exchange for silence. It isn't going to work moving forward with Weisselberg, as there are criminal charges for him on the horizon.
Nauta is staying put for now, but I suspect that he'll start to sing the moment he gets immunity.
As Cohen did once trump threw him under the bus.
