Because the basic principle behind it is flawed. Corporations are not human beings and do not have the same rights. The consequences of the decision has given near unlimited political power to corporations, undermines democracy, and has cemented the wealthy political elite as an oligarchy. That's why.

Can you and your racist cohorts please stop treating blacks as if they're genetically less intelligent and apply that reasoning equally to everyone? Scalia was the SCOTUS equivalent of a flame-baiter and he didn't do cons any favors with the way he phrased some of his comments and opinions.

If everybody truly had equal rights there would never have been a need for AA. Only a sociopathic cretin like you refuses to acknowledge the deep-seated racism that still pervades our society.

Affirmative Action is nothing more than giving people who would otherwise not get hired/admitted due to lack of skills something based on a characteristic that if used to deny would be considered wrong.

Can you and your cohorts stop using race to benefit someone when if used to deny you call it wrong.

Objective fact you have no Refution for #1: I never treated or said or alluded to blacks being genetically inferior.

objective fact you have no refution for #2: neither did Scalia.
