Rather, they respectfully followed the Appellate Courts' arguments pretty closely, but evaluated the equities slightly differently. That results in the parties, Doe, Dr. Elshikh, and Hawaii, and all those similarly situated, being, and remaining, excluded from the nasty effects of the Trumpy's Muslim ban.
