The Supreme Court will rule on it, then we will see what happens. Tourism is down, will probably fall lower, which means loss of jobs. Making America unemployed again

Ah, you still haven't read the ruling. For had you done so you'd know the robed wonders at the Court did no such thing. Rather, they respectfully followed the Appellate Courts' arguments pretty closely, but evaluated the equities slightly differently. That results in the parties, Doe, Dr. Elshikh, and Hawaii, and all those similarly situated, being, and remaining, excluded from the nasty effects of the Trumpy's Muslim ban.

But your handlers didn't mention that in the talking points they handed out, right?

I haven't won a thing. Neither have you, BTW. Rather, we've lost, all of us, as the promise of the Statue of Liberty, one of the world's brightest lights, has been violated and defaced, once again, just as it was back when the MS St. Louis, full of Jewish refugees, was turned back.

Really, you think so? From what I see 90% of Muslims from the nations targeted are still welcome to come to the U.S., some 5 months after the EMERGENCY BAN was written.

Part of the ban was upheld, but the majority of Muslims that would have been affected can still come to the USA.

POTUS has won another round in his fight to bring down the Office of the President to his level, I grant you that. Otherwise, we still all lost. Moreover, you still haven't read the decision, or otherwise you wouldn't re-blab second-hand nonsense about it.

The POTUS was gleeful as he rubbed yet another win in the face of the hapless Dems, who had cast all their hopes in a court decision that went horribly against them.
