it would be hilarious to see him try. So much for States rights. It would be hugely politically unpopular as the only demographic opposed to legalized weed are white conservatives over 55 years of age.
 
Hopefully federalism is so well established on personal possession ( even recreational use) he would suffer extreme pushback and lose any confrontation..

There is still much work to do -and Congress needs to step up to reform RICO statues against dispensaries
