Oh really? And what's your favorite color. Some more random facts about your likes and dislikes is what I really want right now.

I fully understand what random means. Just wondering why you want random info on me.

My favorite color? Crimson

My favorite month? this one

My favorite book?

My shoe size?

My stance is still break Fannie and Freddy up into at least regional units. The housing bubble was largley localized in a few areas and so was the subprime mess. that kind of stuff can be dealt with on a much smaller scale if fan/fred was broken up.

don't let the stupid people in FL or somesuch drag down the entire economy.
Adjust their rates in that area accordingly.

As many of you say let the market decide. and houses is definately a local market. Kinda hard to ship them.

Well you unprovokedly interjected your desire to see majority return, I wanted more random preferences of yours.

Thanks for the above. Crimson. Nice. Gay, but nice.

I have changed my views on this issue.

I stand corrected and admit I was wrong.

Broken up--yes---to become real private industry to compete yes also.

Man--just try to find a home loan that is not fanny or freddy. I am under fanny and freddie right now, but I am switching to another loan because I don't agree with the communisum of the governemnt owning half of our home loans. It is not a private company--that is a fraud. I did finally find another loan outside of fanny or freddie. It is quite a different set up a gal is setting me up with--but I will save a good deal of money in my situation (I want to pay it off in a few years, and get out of Michigan).

become a real private industry ? Yep you want to pay more interest on your loan.

but not private to the point of letting the pieces merge back together.

You don't know much about the free market. If competition is not corrupt--nothing can produce better products for lower prices. The more companies that can compete against eachother, the better our services get. The more government interviens (unless it is safty standards, or anti corruptioon laws)--the higher prices go. (either directly for the products, or directly in taxes)

Name one thing the government does that makes money, instead of looses our money. Just one.

Private industry will never ever ever ever ever ---raise taxes on us to pay for their poor operation. They go out of business, to be taken over by a better service.

Show me a nation that is not using a free market--and I will show you a nation of poverty.

Every country that is going with less tax, a more free market, and ownership--is killing us right now as far as their peoples economy is going.

UAE and Hong Kong are on top of the world--using the least amount of tax, and a more free market place than they used in the past. Many economists contribute Hong Kongs growth over the last 50 years, to theie most free market in the world---and if you remember--that is how we because the most prosperious nation in like 100 years.

The problem with it? It got corrupt by greed, and now the big wigs don't think we deserve the same oppertunities that they had to kick off. Socialism is not the answer for the Sanctuary for world government oppression (the USA). More fee markets, and beating the hell out of the corruption will allow us to have more options for the individual futures we want for ourselfs. it worked great--notjhing better--before corruption set in about 100 years ago with the central banks with the Rockefellers etc.

With fair competition, and many mortage business out there--nothing could be more efficient, productive and value adding to your community, city, state, country. ya wanna know why I believe that? Because I have faith in people. We just need a better environment to make it easier for us. We have to fight the world forces to gain that---or get them to join us. If you don't know--every industrialized nation of 30 or more years ago--is now facing a recission. I think those citizens can put pressure on their governemnt also. From talking to my customers (normal Euro folk citizens)--they agree with me. None of them are against a free market with less corruption (probably can't end all corruption--it is human nature).

Have faith in people. Nobody gets up every morning, asking them selfs, "how can I fuck up my life". Everybody dreams, and has desire---unless socialism beats it out of them. Socialism is not for America--and the government owning your mortages is past socialism.

That is why I am refinancing out of the fanny freddy infant monolopy

50 years ago--this move would not have been hidden by the media (they dropped it allready--keeping you entertained with dust on Palin)--and it might have cause a revolution.
