If you (plural) would stop bringing Hillary into every one of trump's screw-ups, your opinions would hold more weight. Nobody knows what Hillary would have done. And it's still wrong to smear the dead man in defense of trump.

To my knowledge nobody said trump had something to do with Khashoggi's murder. It's the weaselly way he's responded to it that's the problem. As usual trump has no clue about the Constitution.

In 1896, the US Supreme Court ruled that “even an immigrant who had broken immigration law still had the right to make his case to a judge before being ‘deprived of life, liberty, or property.’ “

How many times do we need to learn the same lesson over and over in that part of the world?

Nope.. the US does not protect US citizens overseas.. They are subject to the laws of whatever country they are in. That's what "jurisdiction" means.

Thanks, I understand about the laws and jurisdiction but what I don't understand is what law Khashoggi broke while there.
