Only partially in some facilities which combine desal with reverse osmosis. The waters from the Persian Gulf and Red Sea are very salty.. just behind the Great Salt Lake and Dead Sea.
That is not a bomb. Nuclear is used in medicine too. Trump being the asshole he is wants to end the Iran agreement. That means at least 2 more countries with nukes. Trump is dangerous and childish.

How can you make a bomb without nuclear facilities? Building reactors is one of the essential stages to obtaining enriched uranium and plutonium along with centrifuges.

Tillerson told Trump that negotiating a nuke deal with North Korea would be made a lot harder if Trump just ended the Iran deal because he can. Trump does not care. So we can see Iran going back to nukes. North Korea making more nukes and Saudi Arabia buying the technology. This is what you voted for.
