Can you explain why it's important if sarah the parrot reitterated something someone else either told her or she read in an incorrect manner. Was she at a history test? Was she aware her every word would be parsed? This whole thing is so stupid, I'm trying to understand what you are focused on and why.

Sarah is a mascot. That's as good a description as you can find for what she's become. Go team!!

I don't think anybody but the least informed citizen would find her credible. She is rather attractive, so, sadly, that makes some people believe what she says. Humans are dumb that way in some cases.

Generally speaking, when someone is talking about a documented historical event, they are reiterating something they have learned elsewhere. Can you think of any circumstance where that wouldn't be the case? Now, I realize you would rather Sarah had made something up which didn't have any historical backing, but that's not what she did. As for 'incorrect' ...it has been confirmed by historians and experts, she was correct... (that's the opposite of incorrect, btw.)

No, and no. And what she said, in context, made a very legitimate point and had a very significant underlying message, which the crowd she was speaking to appreciated. Those on the left are obsessed with Palin because they realize she is very popular, and could pose problems for Obama. They have been trying to destroy her since 2008.
