Sarah Palin is so stupid

Its quite amazing....the multitude of accusations and unsubstantiated bullshit put out about Palin that still lives even today....
Like the "I can see Russia from my house" and whether Africa was continent or a country....the amount of money she is said to have spent on clothes....what she knew or didn't know about NAFTA, was her baby really her baby,.... and the list goes on...

all without one shred of proof....its all, "we were told"...."a staffer said"...."unnamed sources told us"...."its rumored", etc.....
And its all believed without even a question being raised....TV reports it even as they admit its unsubstantiated tales but it lives as truth....
truth in the eyes of pinheads and below anyway....
The obvious double standard of today is as mystifying as it is real....

Sorry, bravs. The "Russia" thing was not an unnamed staffer. It was a Palin meltdown on national TV.

"Shred of proof" - just check youtube.

The quote I posted was from an interview with Palin herself. Not a staffer or an unnamed source.

Here is the quote as I heard it...

"As Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where– where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border." --Sarah Palin

If you have something else, I'm certainly open to hear it..or read it....

I've heard her comment in jest, repeating what was said on SNL by Tina Fey....but Tina Fey is not Sarah Palin....

Thats about as boneheaded as you can get....
Palin DID NOT say Brown shouldn't be an independent thinker, she did say she wasn't happy with his siding with the democrats on key issues....

and that voters in Alaska “wouldn’t stand for” it....

Thats perfectly logical and sound thinking in my book....

Being in 'lock step' with the opposition is hardly 'independent thinking' unless you're thinking like a liberal Democrat...and why the hell would Conservative republicans stand for that in any of their politicians...

You didn't see the Dims stand by Lieberman when he agreed with the republicans on any issues....

When you get to run any state as governor, or get your name on the ballot for VP, then tell me about how smart Palin is....shes obviously quite at bit more accomplished than you clowns, left or right, ever will be...
The voters in Alaska wouldn't stand for what? They are so confused up here! Loved Teddy for all the bacon, but now they have decided to cut their throats and not eat at the federal trough anymore, or so they say! Wait till reality hits them in the ass! Ahahahahahahaha! Go Joe Miller, send a junior rep to DC, Alaskans, most of you so deserve it! All you sucker states, go elect Jr. reps! and see what happens! ahahahahah!
I just can't wait to see the "new deal" in DC!!!!!

I know one! She said "thanks, but no thanks" to the Bridge to Nowhere.

Oh - and an 'eye is kept" on Putin & his airspace...
but, but, she likes the bridge and Uncle Teddy, till it made Alaska look bad! Now, her and her kin are making further laughing stocks of Alaska. Levi for mayor? Making a reality show of it? Entertainment rules in the USA! Muslims have Islam, we have Reality TV and it infects everything! Marriages to now this political phenom!

"GIBSON: What insight into Russian actions, particularly in the last couple of weeks, does the proximity of the state give you?

PALIN: They're our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska."

There's only one truth babe, and it belongs to anyone with an open mind.

Funny, the one agreeing with you the most has made a big deal about my quote being wrong. I guess he missed the "one truth" memo.

You're right...she said what she said....but lets put it into context with what she said next... the complete answer to Gibson....

PALIN: Well, I'm giving you that perspective of how small our world is and how important it is that we work with our allies to keep good relation with all of these countries, especially Russia. We will not repeat a Cold War. We must have good relationship with our allies, pressuring, also, helping us to remind Russia that it's in their benefit, also, a mutually beneficial relationship for us all to be getting along.
Sarah Palin on Russia:
We cannot repeat the Cold War. We are thankful that, under Reagan, we won the Cold War, without a shot fired, also. We've learned lessons from that in our relationship with Russia, previously the Soviet Union.

Kinda shoots down the impression you were trying to present.

These are positions? Without a shot fired? We fought through our proxies in Nicaragua so that idea is wrong, not only that but I guarentee that US Special Operations Command had boots on the ground in Nicaragua also shooting. The second quote is like something you would hear at a beauty pagent. "We must all get along so we can have world peace".

Oh, so first I needed to get the quote right, and now you agree the quote is accurate but the context makes it ok? And you called me a political hack? lol

The context doesn't change a thing.
