Yes lucky it was on video which is how it was so easy to establish it was NOT a crime.

If there was no video and just the lying officers word versus the citizen word, this may have gone another way.

This is why Trump ICE and border patrol agents are not wearing the body camera's they have been ordered to by the courts, as they are lying in almost every instance where they abuse people, including citizens, to try and get them charged and convicted of stuff when they are innocent.

This was an instance of ICE agents clearly using their car to hit a citizens car, for no good reason, and then ICE claimed she crashed into their car and violently resisted arrest. And the video shows none of that is true.

At this point Judges have to stop giving the Trump admin any presumption of regularity or that , as the gov't they would be presented factual and accurate testimony as time and again they are lying in court from Prosecutors to the Agents.

Trump and the magats absolutely know these cases are BS and will NEVER result in convictions, in the same way cases brought against Trump the magats in his cabinet and election campaigns do.

So for them, at the beginning they realize all they will get is the 'inconvenience and cost of the process' and that is it. A BS case that will take time and expense.
