Heck even the UN is no longer obsolete. China is no longer a currency manipulator. The wall is never mentioned anymore. Muslims are not banned. Obamacare is still the law of the land. Tax cuts for the wealthy are reportedly off the table. Suddenly we care if Assad stays or goes.

Who is saying the tax cuts are out? I think there is more support for that than you might expect.

Our corporate taxes are too high and we are about due for some cleanup (removal of loopholes and unnecessary complications), in general. I think, it is likely they will package it with some infrastructure spending to sweeten the deal.

I think something is still likely to happen on healthcare, as well. If he goes to left to get that done, he will be one term.
