San Francisco’s mayor wants drug testing for welfare recipients

The rule should only apply to white people. Negroz on welfare should be allowed to use all the drugs they want. This is how to fight racism.
 
When the drug testing of welfare recipients happens, the tests cost more than any payment savings. You think poor people are all druggies, but they are not. They cannot afford that habit. I would support drug testing every politician and making the results public.

Was pretty surprising to see the Mayor of SF reference this in a speech. Chalk it up to desperate times call for desperate measures.

Ultimately there is no proposed bill and if there was it would never pass.
