I do indeed support Quebec having the right to vote to leave Canada. I'm also glad that in both referendums that they had on the matter, they voted to stay with Canada. I strongly suspect the reason they chose that is that, unlike Ukraine, Canada supported Quebec's rights to keep using their local language of French in government offices.

The "referendum" in Ukraine was not legitimate according to the UN.

Tariffs aren't paid by China, they're paid by US companies who pass those costs onto us.

That's why consumer goods from China have not gone down in price since the tariffs, but have only gone UP.

Most US farms are corporate owned.

The independent ones receive massive subsidies and tax breaks because their businesses would fail without them.

Over half of all produce consumed in the US is imported, and about 40% of all produce grown in the US is grown in California.

Almost every single one of those dumbass independent farmers supported the tariffs without realizing what it would do to their businesses.
