Exactly! I don't understand why cons think all lib women hold up Paglia as a standard of excellence. Personally I've always thought she sucks the big lemon. She doesn't speak for me and most of my lib women friends.

Naomi Wolf labeled Paglia, "the nipple-pierced person's Phyllis Schlafly who poses as a sexual renegade but is in fact the most dutiful of patriarchal daughters" and I think that's spot-on.

I am not surprised that Naomi Wolf doesn't like her, Paglia has made some extremely trenchant comments about her and other feminists down the years. She may be many things but you cannot accuse of not being massively well read, witty and as sharp as a tack.
