No, I don't think it is. Ryan is the product of a small town, which he and his family still live in. He is reported to fly home to WI every weekend, that would be a cost of around $10K per year to do. Then you have the expense of maintaing two separate lives, on in DC, and one in WI, reports have Ryan sleeping in his office, certainly not the live of someone that has all kinds of money, and no worries of finance.

His $323K year was due to an inheritance he received so I don't think you can say he's just raking it in...His Congressional salary is $158K, pretty modest when you consider what I have outlined here.
