It could have been any number of players.

Another LIE from you. I never said anything like what you tried to pass off above, I was showing a pattern of cyber attacks. The utility hacking is just another nail in Russia's coffin; it's about undermining this country in any way they can, and it's not just the US Russia is interfering with.

There is a tremendous difference between "elevating" Russia over the U.S., and what is actually occurring here. We have an outgoing President, whom, without actual proof, is taking political actions against another sovereign nation. Third world countries with despots do things like that. If anyone's Patriotism should be questioned here is should start right at the top.
