Russia's decrepit military can't even handle the invasion of a country smaller than Texas, let alone keep their equipment working. I highly doubt they've been able to maintain their nukes. Just one more empty threat from Putin because he's losing.

Russia is too busy getting its ass thoroughly kicked by Ukraine to start a war with the US. And China is still trying to figure out how to beat the giant country of Taiwan.
