Russia-Ukraine live: Moscow does not recognise ICC, says Kremlin

Moscow does not recognise the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, the Kremlin says, after reports suggested the court was seeking arrest warrants for Russians connected to the war.

It stands to reason that states which illegally attack and occupy other states are not going to recognize any authority which might seek to bring them to justice, including the International Criminal Court.

Such states should be condemned by all law-abiding countries.


Oh...wait..............Israel doesn't recognize the ICC.

Neither does the US.

In the case of Israel, it doesn't recognize the ICC in order to save its own criminal ass.

In the case of the US, it doesn't recognize the ICC in order to save its own and Israel's criminal ass.
