Russia suspends agreement avoiding direct conflict with US military

Why would they do this?. Putin and Obama were working together to make sure Syria had no more chemical weapons, plus there was a red line and everything! And Trump is in collusion with Putin now after Putin got him elected, is this what he wanted in return? Wow! Putin is much more diabolical then we thought!
