I disagree. An attempted coup - which is what Obama and his goons conducted - is an act of war against the United States, hence treason per Article IV

First, Treason is covered in Article III.

Second, the US has to be at war, with the accused either levying that war or adhering to the enemies. If you review your notes, the US was not at war at the time.

The laws that were violated were those that prohibit We the People from being targeted by the Intelligence Community, and that includes psyops and information gathering.

Except that Trump has more class than Obama and his meat puppet Joe, so will never prosecute a former president.

While I appreciate your sentiment, this ball falls in Bondi's court (pun somewhat intended).

I think what Trump will do is pardon Obama - while the stooges go to prison.

I do not think that Obama will receive any pardon. I hope beyond hope that all the stooges, who weren't as stoogey as they would have us believe, spend every minute in prison that you or I would have to spend if you or I were to have perpetrated that crime.
