For all of his stupidity, Bush was never moronic enough to acknowledge Moore and respond to his personal attacks and movies. The fact that Obama has publicly acknowledged Rush means that he really is attempting to drive his foot into his mouth.

Well, Obama himself referenced Rush as well as Obama's spokesperson while doing an interview from the WH podium. Do you have any examples of Bush refering Moore? Or Ari Fliescher or McClenen while on the podium?
 
If the White House is going to attack Rush as the leader of the Republican party it only makes sense the leader of the Democrats would debate him on the issues Americans care about. However Rush is not the leader so the White House needs to STFU.

If they're all wrong, and Steele is really the leader of the GOP, should Obama then be prepared to debate Steele, and accept the earliest invitation to debate?
 
that's not the way our system works but yeah the leaders of political parties should debate more than once every 4 years.

He is not even a prick, I belive he is really a good person. He is just an entertainer who uses politics as a vehicle. But to compare an entertainer who has made great accomplishments in his field to a President is like comparing a well accomplished fisherman to a well accomplished oceanographer.

I don't listen to Rush, but doubt he was the one to make that comparison. My guess, he'd have acknowledged that his gig is different than selling yourself for votes.
