Hasn't been one, the GOP has not approached the Democrats, actually, their leadership hasn't even approached other Republicans, attempting to ram it thru for political purposes, deal with the consequences later
They shouldn't have to, they control the Senate and they are proposing it as a reclamation bill, their campaign promises for the last seven years will never allow them to work with the Democrats, that would mean they can work with the ACA and fix it rather than repeal it

We have already been through that once. The reason we are here now. They need to keep Obamacare for a while, shelve this vote, get everybody on board (both sides and in the middle) and really come up with a viable solution.
