I don't imagine that this person has a job that is as productive as wiping shit streaks off toilets. I suspect he sits in his mothers house collecting Social Security Disability for some imagined defect.
 
Rummy was every bit as shitty a secdef as McNamara was.... I can recall being on active duty just as McNamara was leaving office. He was disliked by all the senior officers I knew at the time... and they were not afraid to voice their opinion of him.
