LOL, that's rich, you guys have been clutching at straws searching for evidence of Trump/Russia collusion for how long now? It's turning on the left now, shit going on you have no clue about, media not reporting. You guys live in a bubble, I'd call you all bubbleheads but that would be disrespectful to my fellow submariners.

A grand jury can also subpoena Obama administration records which are locked out of FOIA requests for 5 years by being moved to his presidential library, which isn't even built yet.

They could, but that's not what this grand jury was impaneled to investigate.

Additionally, Obama is not president, his eight years are over.

Incoherent babbling nonsense ^^^.

I don't know about That, but it really could be. Not a lot of presidents have had a grand jury convene in connection to an investigation into them. I guess this answers the question as to if it's a criminal investigation or not.

is there an investigation into trump jarod? is this confirmed? maybe this is the end of drumpf!

Really? You think Mueller was going to convene a Grand Jury regardless of what he found?

I knew this was coming for indictments against Flynn and Manafort, but I am surprised its this soon.

You don't believe prosecutors routinely impanel grand juries?

I didn't realize this was a grand jury for Trump. Cite.

Didn't the courts establish under Clinton, under the umbrella of executive privilege, that certain indictments/litigation could be delayed until a president left office, so that the process wouldn't interfere with the well-being of the country?

They could, but it wont be as interesting as a Rump impeachment/indictment would be.

Good grief, some poster's position are unbelievable, investigations into one possible crime can lead to discovery of other possible crimes. The special prosecutor can not ignore other possible crimes, just boggles the mind people don't understand how investigations work.

He cannot ignore, but he can and should pass that information to other prosecutors if it is way beyond his scope.

Remember the investigation into an Arkansas land deal led to Clinton's impeachment over an affair.

Grand Juries allow prosecutors to subpoena documents and witnesses to see if there is sufficient evidence of a crime, this will put to rest all the bull shit the left has been clinging on to.

Actually there needed to be a crime in order to bring about a special prosecutor. This is a miscarriage of justice and flies in the face of what our legal system is supposed to be.

But this is how liberals operate. They want to criminalize politics when they can't win at the ballot box

Mueller is nothing more than oppo research for 2020
