First the prosecutor must meet his burden, if he doesn’t the judge throws out the case! You refuse to meet the elements, you can’t prosecute based on silly claims and unmet burdens.

The first 2 years were a present given to Trump by Obama. The truth is the Dems can usually fix the messes that the Repubs make. Obama was left with a near 2nd great depression by Bush. He fixed it and handed over a vibrant and growing economy to Daffy Donald. Daffy claimed credit for the economy from election day on. He actually had no economic bills except for a tax cut deeply centered in corporations and the wealthy. Trump did not understand how the economy works.
