It all boils down to who California will vote for in their GOP primary. If they vote for Trump he'll be the nominee. If Trump loses California, even if it's to Cruz, than it will be an open convention. If the Convention choses someone other than Trump, and Trump will more than likely have a plurality of delegate...SHIT WILL HIT THE FAN!

True but in the first round the rules could eliminate Kasich. Cruz would still need to win one more State, which is likely to happen. Be that is it may. If Trump goes into the convention in Cleveland with a plurality of Delegates and doesn't win the first round of voting...shit will hit the fan.

This could mean the end of the Republican party as we know it and it could mean the end of the conservative/liberal political paradigm.
 
If Cruz and Rubio couldn't beat Trump in Florida with its' large Hispanic population, why does anyone think they can stop him from securing the nomination?
 
It's totally surreal for me- Trump as the Republican nominee. It's like putting Happy Humphrey in a space suit.

Something about Kasich really bothers me and it isn't jus the fact that he is palatable to Mott (although that is part of it)

This is going to be an interesting general election. Will people eventually coalesce around the eventual republican nominee to defeat Shrillary?

I thought about what could make me pull the love for Trump if he gets the nomination and voting against Shrillary won't be enough because voting against Obama wasn't enough to make me vote for Romney. But if Trump came out and seriously said he would put someone like Ted Cruz on the Supreme Court, I would vote for Trump in a heart beat.
