I like to visit Chicago (Gotta' love their pizza), and they need to clean up the crime in the south side!

I see a massive problem with crime. I don't think it's exclusive to Black people, I think it's largely due to DEMOCRAT policies.
So what are you suggesting? Shouldn't every criminal "act civilized" and stop committing crimes?
