It appears that you are, as I noted earlier, simply blaming anything that you do not like on DeSantis regardless of who the legal authority is. Much like you tried to blame him in the thread I began with the idiot who suggested a law that would require bloggers to register with the state as lobbyists. That idiot wasn't DeSantis, who never supported the idea.

Anyway, this is liquor license stuff. A bar that allowed minors in while serving alcohol during one of the types of shows that are listed would lose their license. Just like if one of my employees sold some underage kid a beer. It would happen without a trial (it actually did, back in the day when I managed gas stations). Hearings come after the fact. This is all relatively normal activity when it comes to liquor licenses. While I am sure you want to believe it is "fascism" I am certain that you have seen the "license revoked" signs at certain gas stations and/or bars over your lifetime that underwent some of the same things.

It may not even be a law that DeSantis signed, it may be much older than his Governorship.
