Roe v. Wade

This is unbelievable to read.

Such an incomprehensible disconnect w/ the basic right of a woman. The poor dude who lives in another state & doesn't have to carry a fetus for close to a year and go through childbirth.

Honestly, it's revolting to read stuff like that. Women have such a long way to go in this country - still.

My day isn't complete until I offend you lol.

I don't know. How much farther do women need to go with abortion rights? Don't they pretty much own all the rights according to Roe. What rights does the father have? Nada, zilch. Even though there would be no pregnancy without him. If he wants to watch *his* child grow up but the mother decides to have an abortion he can go pound sand.

To compound the injustice, she can decide she wants nothing to do with the father and sue him for 18 years worth of child support. Sucks to be the man, eh Thing?

What rights does the unborn have? None.

So you tell me 'how much farther women need to go' with abortion rights. Because I can't think of any rights they don't already have.

At the expense of everyone else that's involved.

It started out with the second, then third trimester. Perhaps partial birth isn't enough. Why don't women have the right to kill their child until he can eat solid food? Or perhaps to walk and speak. Heck, he isn't fully a citizen until he has the right to vote.

My mother frequently said that she brought me into this world and she could sure as hell take me out of it. Maybe she was right afterall...

There's definitely a slippery slope with it.

He has never had children so is totally ignorant of the issues involved.

When men have babies they should be allowed to prate about this issue. Till then, why not leave it to those concerned?

Right....women have babies without men. LAMO As if the father has no parental rights after conception. Sounds kind'a FEMI-NAZI to me. :) If a father has no rights during the stage of gestation in life...then by logic and reason there can be no responsibility after.

Funny as hell. The leftist logic. 1st there is a shared responsibility during sex and conception. 2nd...after conception that shared responsibility ceases to exist and the female gains complete responsibility for any of her choices....but...if she "chooses" not to kill her unborn child....3rd The responsibility magically becomes shared once again.

ITS MAGIC. :)

Do you think the father should be able to prevent his partner from getting an abortion?

You have a medieval view of women. So, you're somewhat ignorant of the issues involved.

You are truly unhinged, I have no problems with abortion as long as it doesn't become just a lazy form of contraception. I also believe that a father is entitled to a view as well, albeit that the final decision should be down to the woman. In the UK, apart from Northern Ireland, termination is routinely carried out until 24 weeks, after that it has to be only if there is a grave danger to the mother or foetus. You sir, are a mental pygmy, incapable of complex thinking in common with many in your country.

You have a reasonable view on the issue.

In this country abortion is a power thing: it's an instrument for feminists to exert political power. It's a gender war with them. In that sense, abortion becomes an instrument to be used against the male patriarchy.

I am woman, hear me roar lol.

Men who don't want their future offspring to be aborted can go suck eggs. They have no rights under current laws.

Have another pint. Great Britain is inferior to America in every way possible except for fish & chips. And we actually do chips better, so all you really have is fish.
