WASHINGTON (AP) — Chief Justice John Roberts has declined a request from the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify at a hearing next week on ethical standards at the court, instead providing the panel with a statement of ethics reaffirmed by the court’s nine justices.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, D-Ill., invited Roberts’ testimony last week, saying that there had been a “steady stream of revelations” regarding Supreme Court justices “falling short of ethical standards expected of other federal judges.”

Though I suggest that you pay attention to the fact that tenure did not prevent the complete collapse of the universities into a force for Evil.

The universities were collapsing as tenure was being abolished and part-time faculty was replacing full-time.

The destruction of the universities goes all the way back to the 50's.

The cause was weak men.

Buckle Up!

Full disclosure, there is debate about when the collapse started, some say that it was immediately after the GI bill started, others say that it did not happen this universites rapidly expanded to take Korean War era GI Bill money...Universities were not going to leave money on the table, standards be damned.
