Perhaps, but how is what I say not partially based upon truth, all of these decisions coming so fast and so ideological not a conscious effort to reframe American society, and hardly the Judicial Restraint conservatives preached for decades?

I believe it is incredibly naive to think that the majority of those who opposed AA were doing so because they thought there was a better way to address racial disparities, and saying the law is above racism certainly implies that racism doesn’t exist under the law

Maybe you can explain how in California we have twice passed ballot measures that disallowed the use of race and gender in universities admissions. This is a state that voted by a margin of over 30% for Biden over Trump. Do all these folks think racism doesn’t exist? Or are a lot of democratic voters really deep down racist wingers?

People keep trying to paint this as some strictly partisan thing when it’s not. Go look at polling and depending on how the question is asked a majority of people don’t want racial preferences, including a large number of black people.

Not that you have to agree with it but have you actually read minority people who are against AA and their reasons why? It’s not because they think racism doesn’t exist.

unilaterally by the current executive branch.

Biden should install his own court.
Our constitution has failed.

Wrong. They are presented with lots of cases and they select the ones they want to deal with. With this court, they are selecting ones that will give more power and control to the wealthy and haters.

You should realize that the Court doesn’t pick the cases that come to them, people bring them so it’s while they can choose not to hear them they have no say in what cases are presented to them.
