Rightwing televangelist and demon-spawn Jimmy Swaggart recently died at age 90

I'm not the one that called them inbred like your buddy @Cypress.

If you can't be honest you will get along very well with Cypress. Wait til you become good buddies with Doc Douche. He's into pure hatred. You will get along famously.

Now move along, Loser.

He called them second or third cousins. The same can be said for the Irish in Boston or the Italians in San Franciso or the Mormons in the Great Basin.

They are no in bred.

You said that, no one else.

They have been around for about 120 years, after the Azusa Street revival.
Thanks, that's in the time frame I was thinking. They are a fairly new Protestant denomination in the American revivalist tradition.

That's what makes Christie's comment funny about the Catholics and Jews

Hey! You forgot to yell at Doc's new sock about "frantic googling". Like you do with everyone else.

(I knew Jake was a sock for Doc. Cool! It's nice to see that you lot are never far apart)

??? Who googled? Anyone who is educated knows that about religion. Why don't you? Oh, yeah.
Right, anyone who reads widely about religion is aware Pentecostals are one of the American revivalist Protestant traditions -- so their legacy obviously does not go back to the Reformation or to pre-revolutionary America. They are pretty new.

It doesn't take a PhD to know that.
