Rigging elections is Pennsylvania

What is this like the third post on the same thing? and this time he has to use an opinion piece from a local newspaper

State picked up the problem and are putting the ballots aside, it is a fraction of the total num we they have received

Poor anchovies, a fraction in key states is what got Brandon into the white House.

The right will find any excuse not to count mail-in ballots.

Now, they want to discount perfectly good ballots because they came in slightly flawed envelopes.

This nation is toast.

Box the invalid ballots, never to be counted. A great case for eliminating early voting.

If people are too stupid to figure out how to do it, they need to go to a polling place so that it can be explained.

That or make literacy a qualification/disqualification.

Framers were right going with only landowners...

"The justices have asked parties to consider whether making envelope dates mandatory would violate the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964. According to the governor's attorneys, it would. They argue that the date on the envelope is the type of "immaterial error or omission" the federal law said should not be used to prevent voting."

They are started early. Mail in ballots are suppose to have dates on the envelopes but apparently some number of them don't which would render them invalid. Well they want to "fix" the problem. The suggestion I love the most is if you think your mail in ballot might be invalidated for no date just show up at your local polling place to request a "provisional" ballot. Vote early vote often!

Proof of election fraud just like Trump advised.

Mostly elderly conservatives like myself vote by mail. If the voter is too fucking stupid to fill out the ballot correctly then they shouldn't vote.

Same goes for those too stupid to get a vax and are now dead or too sick to vote. Fuck them.

Lot of inbreeding in PA. Do not believe me? Visit there. Not one thing normal about those folks. Still do not believe me? Look at Christies posts. Typical inbred PA person.

Which is also incorrect. You have a constitution. Following directions is not a constitutional issuie.

If the law isnt doing what you want it to, change the law. Thats a legislative issue.

The bit about dates on mail-in ballots isn't in the Constitution. It's in statute 1937 Act 320 . The wording is part of the general rules. Nowhere does it say that if the date is missing, the ballot is invalid.

General rule.--At any time after receiving an official mail-in ballot, but on or before eight o'clock P.M. the day of the primary or election, the mail-in elector shall, in secret, proceed to mark the ballot only in black lead pencil, indelible pencil or blue, black or blue-black ink, in fountain pen or ball point pen, and then fold the ballot, enclose and securely seal the same in the envelope on which is printed, stamped or endorsed "Official Election Ballot." This envelope shall then be placed in the second one, on which is printed the form of declaration of the elector, and the address of the elector's county board of election and the local election district of the elector. The elector shall then fill out, date and sign the declaration printed on such envelope. Such envelope shall then be securely sealed and the elector shall send same by mail, postage prepaid, except where franked, or deliver it in person to said county board of election.

You successfully gamed the system but your one-month 12b ban has been over since the end of July. Afraid to go back to your real nic?

exactly, thats why the SCOPA has no reason to be involved

Sounds simple enough directions to me. And if they don't sign it OR seal it securely, it doesn't get counted.

The state does not have time to blow these people's noses or wipe their bottoms.

Welp, it's a federal lawsuit now and I agree with it. If the ballot was received on time, a printed date is immaterial.

"Although the law that expanded mail-in voting in Pennsylvania requires mail-in voters to sign and date the ballot’s outer envelope, Fetterman’s suit contends that disqualifying votes based on an incorrect or missing date is a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. That law prohibits elections officials from tossing votes due to an “error or omission on any record or paper relating to any application, registration, or other act requisite to voting” that is “not material in determining whether such individual is qualified under State law to vote in such election.”
