Thus you believe the fake news on CNN, you also believe that Hillary Clinton was sworn in today because she could not lose to Trump. Tell us, which nuclear weapon, or weapons does Rick Perry have the launch codes for? Honestly I am not sure of all the people who have or can get them in an emergency, theoretically it is only the President, however if he is incapacitated and the codes are needed now someone or persons in the joint chiefs should be able to act, but Rick Perry is not one of those people.

You do understand that nuclear weapons systems need to be constantly maintained in order to keep them not only in working order, but safe as well, right?

And you also understand that the person at the top of the organization in charge of it needs to have a depth of knowledge about physics and nuclear science, not Animal Husbandry, right?

So.... your original lack of understanding that the Dept of Energy was in even charge of it aside, you can't even figure out the relationship between the job and the education and background required to perform it in such a way as to keep the country as safe as humanly possible.

Hence, my assessment of you as a brain dead halfwit stands proven, mostly by you.
